Some Frequently Asked Questions.
Yes. All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing faults
- Products damaged in transit
- Missing parts
We may provide (at our discretion):
- Replacement parts
- Repair solutions
- Product replacement
- Store credit or refund
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper use
- Incorrect assembly or modification
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Cosmetic damage or packaging damage only
- Accessories, consumables, or bonus items
To lodge a claim, you must contact us with:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos showing the fault
- Images of packaging (if applicable)
Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
Do NOT return any item without our written approval.
If a return is required:
- We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
Approved refunds:
- Are issued to the original payment method only
- Cannot be redirected to another account or card
If confirmed:
- We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL
- In some cases, parts may be sent instead of full replacement
All cases are assessed individually.
We generally DO NOT accept change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
If we choose to accept such a request (at our sole discretion), all of the following must be met:
- Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Prior written approval is obtained from us
Change-of-mind returns are NOT accepted for:
- Opened, used, or damaged items
- Health, hygiene, or personal-use products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Bulk or commercial orders
- Items returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery
Yes. If exceptionally approved:
- A minimum 25% restocking fee applies
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping with cost is the customer’s responsibility
- Additional handling or return-to-sender fees may be deducted
- Do not dispose of items before claim approval
- Do not return items without authorization
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in extra fees
- Some products may have supplier-specific policies that override this policy
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
