Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We primarily ship orders using Australia Post.
In some cases, depending on the product type, size, or delivery location, we may also use trusted local courier partners to ensure faster and safer delivery.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.


Typical delivery times within Australia:


Metro areas: 3–8 business days
Regional & remote areas: 5–12 business days


Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to weather
conditions.

We offer:


Free Shipping Australia-Wide on most products
OR
Flat Rate Shipping on selected bulky or oversized items


Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched with Australia Post.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the Australia Post tracking system.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, especially if items are sourced from different warehouses.


If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

While we work closely with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:


• Courier network congestion
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Peak shopping periods


Such delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.


We are not responsible for:


• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Parcels returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts


Reshipping fees may apply if an order needs to be sent again.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:


• Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Provide photos (if applicable)


We will work with Australia Post to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
